For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been an artist. However, my primary career for the past 20 years is built on my work as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Writer, and Coach.
My passion for art and good design is infused in everything I do. Every word, image, color, and layout tells you who I am. My heart is revealed through expressive design. This is why I get to work with the best students and clients – people who resonate with what I share… people who want more.
